This notice covers this website, overterm.com. It does not cover patient or claim data processed in the Overturn service; that data is governed by each customer's written agreement and business associate agreement (BAA).

What this website collects

Nothing directly. The site has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile visitors.

If you email us

When you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request, and we keep it in our business email system. We do not sell or share it for marketing.

Please do not email patient information. Claim data is exchanged only through the Overturn service, after a BAA is in place.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the emails you have sent us by writing to everton@overterm.com.

If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
